Yoga

Yoga can be practiced one on one or in a group setting.   Leith typically teaches Vinyasa Flow Yoga in the group settings.  One on One she teaches everything from sweaty flow practice to a deeply relaxing restorative practice incorporating meditation, pranayama and reiki in each session.
