We step onto our mats to make ourselves stronger, healthier and more self aware.  Yoga is about exploring ourselves mentally and physically not to judge what we do but to observe how we are wired.  How do you celebrate? How do you fail? What are the strategies your body turns to in order to survive or "make it through".  I believe that we all can grow and learn and become better people by simply being students of our own bodies and minds.  Through extended practice we can alter that wiring or even better accept and love the wiring we have.  I believe that through self acceptance and self love we walk into the world available to offer acceptance and love to others and truly be of service.

I love Avocado Toast!

Lets be honest,  As a native Californian I have been eating Avocado for as long as I can remember.   There is nothing more soothing and comforting than a delicious piece of farmers market bread smothered in avocado with a few sliced radishes on top and just a speckle of fleur de sel.   Avocado toast is the perfect food for breakfast and lunch.  So versatile and so quick.  Perfect for the Mom on the run.
